Digital Product Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are generally final. Because the Fan Family Scholarship Toolkit is delivered electronically as a downloadable, fillable PDF, refunds are not offered for changes of mind after the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If a customer experiences difficulty accessing the product, Fan Family Inc. will assist in resolving the issue. Duplicate charges, incorrect product delivery, or technical problems that cannot be resolved will be reviewed for an appropriate resolution, including a refund where warranted.

This policy does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
