Omoyele McIntosh
Omoyele McIntosh started her career in the entertainment business, where she was instrumental in the development of the image and brand of Jay-Z. Through her experience in the entertainment industry, Omoyele quickly learned that many of Jay’s fans had never been anywhere outside of their communities. Ms. McIntosh now dedicates her life to daring students to dream big through career and college guidance and exploration. Fan Family Foundation was born out of necessity.
Chaka Pilgrim
Chaka Pilgrim is a music industry executive with over 30 years of experience, spanning music, touring, film, and management. As the Former Label President of Roc Nation, she has worked with a multitude of iconic acts including JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Kanye West. Prior, she held lengthy tenures at Roc-A-Fella Records and Island Def Jam. Chaka also serves as a Founding Board Member for the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation, providing high school students with college access services.
